What do you see on this Himalayan cat’s eye?

Sorry for those who get a bit squeamish with eyes… (just us? Ok.)
The cat in this photo is thankfully comfortable and can see quite well now, but that was not the case 6 weeks ago before he underwent an ocular surgery. Read more about this interesting case from Veterinary Vision here!

The sad truth is, lots of current practitioners advise against it, what with the mountains of debt, high stress, compassion fatigue and frequent heartbreak. Would you go back and change your decision to become a vet?
