Before Roo, John spent nine years at Glassdoor, where he held various leadership positions, including Interim CTO, VP of Software Engineering (B2B), and Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to that, he held senior software engineering roles at Yahoo and Sony Online Entertainment, where he honed his expertise in large-scale software architecture and development.
