How to Supercharge Your Hospital Using Flexible Relief for Growth

Looking to strengthen client relationships, boost appointment availability, and shorter wait times all while lowering everyone's stress in your practice — including yours? I know it sounds too good to be true, but we've walked the walk and want to share what we've learned through decades of experience!

Join our team of current and former practice managers, owners, and lead technicians for a free webinar where you'll learn how to effectively use relief vets to take your practice to the next level. We'll explore how you can maximize your hospital's production to boost revenue while providing a better experience to your clients (and caring for more pets!).

Get a deeper understanding of your practice’s DNA — what makes you you, and what does success look like in your market?

Then, we'll explore cost-effective tactics for how you can leverage Relief Vets & Techs at your practice to see more pets on your busiest days and fill gaps in your schedule to maximize your team's impact.

Let's get your hospital humming and help you do what you do best: care for even more pets in your community!

Speaker

Charlotte Weir, Samantha Yuknavich, & Lindsay Vazquez

Meet your Roo-some speakers!

We’re thrilled to have three amazing team members joining us to share their insights (and maybe a few laughs along the way):

Charlotte Weir

Co-Owner of 2525 Sunset Veterinarians

VP Hospital Success

"Char" is passionate about helping veterinary businesses grow in a way that’s smart, sustainable, and meaningful. With more than two decades of experience in roles like Owner, VP, and Founder, she’s built her career on creating thoughtful business plans and growth strategies that work. At Petwell Partners, she led operations and integrations, growing a modest setup into a family of 52 practices known for quality veterinary care. Then, at Roo, Char took a different approach, proving that there’s no one-size-fits-all strategy for business development.

She's the hands-on founder and co-owner of 2525 Sunset Veterinarians, where she’s dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for pets and their people. With a background in veterinary medicine, business development, and management consulting, Charlotte is here to move the veterinary industry forward together.

Sam Yuknavich, CVPM

Enterprise Account Manager

Sam has been making waves since 2022 across a variety of roles and regions. With over a decade of experience in veterinary practice management and hospital operations, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and business side of veterinary care. She earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation in 2019 and stays sharp by completing 48 hours of management-specific CE every two years.

Sam is passionate about supporting veterinary leaders in creating positive, thriving workplace cultures while also achieving strong financial outcomes through smart, compassionate business practices. When she's not collaborating with hospital teams, you'll find her soaking up the Texas Hill Country with her husband, their toddler, and their feisty feline, Minerva. She’s also a big fan of a good book, a Harry Potter marathon, and the never-ending quest for the best taco around.

Lindsay Vazquez

Hospital Success Partner

I have over 5 years experience in the veterinary industry working with veterinarians and veterinary hospitals across the country. I am passionate about making a difference in a pet’s life and being able to help the VetMed industry as a whole. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family along with playing with my energetic 3-year-old son, dancing, and playing fetch with my two fur babies Sadie & Sophie.  Although I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY I’ve been calling Southern Nevada my home for the last 17 years and love it!
